Agree to actively promote the event to our supporters throughout the community. (Promotional materials will be provided by AACF)
If our organization develops other promotional materials (radio ads, print material, etc.) we agree to submit these materials to AACF for approval prior to releasing them to the public.
Agree to timely update AACF should a representative change
Yes, we will participate in the All Aboard Atchison Event sponsored by the Atchison Area Community Foundation on August 23, 2024.
